Net Positive Labs is an execution-first innovation and venture studio founded in 2021. We work with corporations, founders, investors and public institutions to build innovation capabilities and commercially strong businesses and services that strengthen the systems around them.

Over the past years we have worked with organisations across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, supporting a wide range of clients from corporations, SMEs, scale-ups and public institutions including organisations such as Valencia Innovation Capital, Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Nacional de Monte de Piedad, the World Bank, and the World Economic Forum, while helping design and launch new ventures and initiatives in multiple industries.

Many of us had spent years working across venture building, corporate innovation and strategy. Across those roles we kept seeing the same pattern: organisations investing heavily in innovation programmes, transformation strategies, new technologies, and sustainability commitments — but too often the outcome remained abstract. Reports. Frameworks. Pilot projects that rarely turned into businesses operating in the real economy.

We believed something different was needed. So we stepped away from conventional roles to focus on building and supporting initiatives much more flexible and hands-on: acceleration programs, inhouse capabilities, and even entire new ventures, platforms and technology solutions designed to operate in the market and create measurable impact.

Conviction Matters More Than Cycles

When Net Positive Labs was founded, the broader environment appeared aligned with our commercially minded sustainability ambitions. Climate tech was booming. Sustainability commitments were multiplying. Capital was flowing. The language of transformation was everywhere. It felt like the beginning of a systemic shift.

But the environment changed quickly. Supply chain disruptions. Inflationary pressures. Geopolitical instability. Deglobalisation. Capital tightening. Across many industries, sustainability moved from boardroom priority to conditional ambition. For us, that shift reinforced something important. Real transformation does not depend on favourable cycles. It depends on organisations capable of understanding technological change, interpreting new signals and building durable businesses around them.

Our team includes venture builders, operators, technologists and sustainability specialists who share a conviction: innovation should lead to tangible outcomes.
